The artists included - Vitus Shell, Aron Belka, and Gina Phillips - work in varied mediums and have unique processes, but their work has a common thread; their subjects defy the expected. Rather than portraying traditional icons of wealth or status, the artists depict friends, family, and strangers.

Noel United Methodist Church’s annual Highland Block Party returns (for the first time since 2019!), 11am-1pm, Saturday, Apr. 11 on the 500 Block of Herndon Street. This free, family-friendly event will feature food, games, live music, and more---all at no charge to the community.

Now they can be seen again and the pleasure they once gave experienced anew. We have a selection of them on display along with the books in which they were found.
