Hosted by Dr. Marci Howard, About Faith aims to gain knowledge and understanding of one another through respectful conversations on meaningful topics with faith leaders in our community. The show features a rotating panel representing a variety of faiths. Panelists include: Father Pike Thomas, retired, St. Jude Catholic Church, Benton, La.; Dr. Rabbi Jana De Benedetti, B’Nai Zion Congregation, Shreveport, La.; Pastor Justin Haigler, Simple Church, Shreveport, La.; Father Jason Foster, Holy Nativity of the Lord Orthodox Church in America, Shreveport, La.; Sheikh Rafiqul Islam Nadwi, Masjid Yaseen, Shreveport, La., and Pastor Andy Liu, Chinese Congregation at First Baptist, Shreveport, La. You will also hear from other faith leaders from throughout our communities who will appear as guests on the show.

Background and observances the Hindu holiday, Holi, is presented by Ashish Modi and the Jewish holiday of Purim is explained by Rabbi Dr. Jana De Benedetti. Lent, a Christian holiday, is described by Father Mark Watson. Lastly, our new participant, Sardar Karan Singh, explains Hola Mohalla, a Sikh holiday.
