Northwestern State University’s Department of Mathematics, along with Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA), will host the second Math 4 Fun event, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., on Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Center for Performance and Technology (CPT) on LSMSA's campus in Natchitoches. The CPT is located on the west side of the High School Building at 715 University Parkway, and plenty of free parking is available nearby. There is no cost to attend Math 4 Fun, but RSVP is requested by emailing Covingtonj@NSULA.edu. All regional math teachers are invited to participate. This event is sponsored by the American Institute of Mathematics as well as Northwestern State University's Stan Chadick Mathematics Enhancement Fund.
