- The Biden administration is delaying decisions on new federal oil and gas drilling and other energy-related actions. That comes after a federal court ruling that has blocked the way officials were calculating the real-world costs of climate change.
- A new poll from the University of Texas at Tyler and the Dallas Morning News finds Texas voters are split almost evenly over whether the U-S Supreme Court should overturn the Roe versus Wade ruling that legalized abortion nationwide. And also reveals that the Attorney General's race outcome could have some spoilers.
