Thousands of voters have had their mail-in ballot applications flagged for rejection due to regulations under the state's new voting law. - Much of the Four States region is under the increased threat of wildfires this week. - Arkansas' majority-Republican Senate has rejected efforts to enact an abortion ban modeled after neighboring Texas' restrictive law.
