Airs Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 11 a.m. Bill Beckett spoke with director Angelique Feaster Evans and Natorshau Davis who take on the role of Billie Holiday in “Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar & Grill,” a play by Lanie Robertson. This production features multiple performances at multiple venues and opens tonight in the Floyd L. Sandle Theatre on The Grambling State University campus. Live performances are free but registration is required and seating is limited. Safety protocols will be in place including temperature checks, social distancing, and required masks.
