Through the combination of state-of-the-art bankcard technology and years of experience in the credit card processing industry, MersaTech brings to the market services in payment processing and customer support. A former Caddo Parish Commissioner, Mario Chavez is also very involved with his church and civic organizations.

Airs Monday, Feb. 12, 6 p.m. Mayor Tom Arceneaux joins hosts Marci Howard and Shannon Johnston on Visions and Ventures to discuss what he and his administration are doing to assist small businesses and their proprietors in the city of Shreveport. A graduate of LSU Law School, he is an attorney and has been active in civic affairs. Arceneaux has spent much of his adult life in Shreveport.

This week on Visions and Ventures, hosts Dr. Marci Howard and Shannon Johnston speak with April Spears, President and Chief Executive Officer at ELTEC Corporation, a provider of traffic safety products. She discusses her transition from employee to owner.
