NET Health is now providing additional doses (a.k.a. third doses) of the Pfizer and the Moderna vaccine but only for persons who are immunocompromised.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommends that only the moderately-to-severely immunocompromised people are the current groups who are currently eligible to receive a third dose of the Pfizer vaccine or the Moderna vaccine. Eligibility includes persons who are doing any of the following:
The above populations are the only groups who are currently eligible to receive a third dose of the Pfizer vaccine or the Moderna vaccine. At this time, the CDC does not recommend additional doses or booster doses for any other population.
If you qualify for CDC eligibility due to one of the above situations, it is imperative that you receive a signed document from your doctor that states your eligibility under the appropriate criteria that our NET Health Immunizations Clinic has to honor and practice due to their processes as being a COVID vaccination site.
Third doses of the Pfizer vaccine and the Moderna vaccine for non-immunocompromised individuals is not available at this time.
The 2-Dose Pfizer vaccine will be available to anyone over the age of 12 and the 2nd dose can be received at least 21 days after the first dose.
The 2-Dose Moderna vaccine is available to anyone over the age of 18 and the 2nd dose can be received at least 28 days after the first dose.
Remember Your Health Insurance Card
There is no cost to receive any COVID vaccine.
However, NET Health would like to bill your insurance company an administrative fee for the staff and supplies needed to provide you with a COVID vaccine.
After you receive your COVID vaccine, you may receive a call from (903) 954 - 4694. Our staff will ask for your health insurance card number and confirmation of your address.
You will not be asked for your social security number (S.S.N.) nor for any personal health information (P.H.I.).
We are also seeking traditional Medicare information for those that have been or will be vaccinated. You may have opted for a replacement or advantage plan, but we are required to bill the traditional red, white, and blue card with the new number.
NET Health can directly provide a mobile COVID vaccine clinic at your company, in your neighborhood, or at your community event!
We request that you enter your information at least 2 weeks before the scheduled day so that our staff can adequately prepare.
