Join us for Girls in Aviation Day hosted at East Texas Regional Airport at the Abbott Aviation Center on September 24 from 8:30 a.m. to noon!

We are welcoming students ages 8 to 17 and their parents. Celebrate the joy of aviation and learn more about aviation STEM careers!

Planned events include: career panel with multiple female aviation professionals, hands-on lab project working with sheet metal, phonetic alphabet art projects, fly a flight simulator and learn airplane controls, tours of the Abbott Aviation Center facility and opportunities to learn about LeTourneau’s Dual Credit courses, aviation scavenger hunt…plus more!

Tickets are required, so please register for free tickets!

Plan to come and go anytime between 8:30 a.m. – noon, but you may want to attend the entire time to do all our activity stations!

Flight simulator slots are limited and available at event check in on a first-come, first-served basis.
