Thursday, February 19, we're bringing back a new version of a cherished event – Vino e Violao, a concert and wine pairing fundraising event at the Scottish Rite Cathedral located at 725 Cotton St. in downtown Shreveport.
- Doors open at 6:00 PM, Program begins at 6:30 PM
- Hors d’oeuvres will be served with the wine pairings
- Classical guitarist Mario Ulloa will perform a selection of songs from Latin America that will be accompanied by wine pairings selected by Corkscrew Wisdom to complement the spirit of the music
Funds raised from this event will support the operations and programming of Red River Radio.

Centenary College Choir in Concert
The internationally renowned Centenary College Choir will present a special concert at First United Methodist Church of Bossier City on Wednesday, January 7 at 7:00 PM.
Founded in 1941, the Centenary Choir has performed in more than 35 countries and at venues including Carnegie Hall, the White House, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Sydney Opera House. The program features a wide-ranging repertoire—from sacred hymnody and spirituals to beloved choral classics and musical theater selections.
The concert also includes the continued premiere of Labor Omnia Vincit, a bicentennial anthem celebrating Centenary College’s 200th anniversary.
Free and open to the public.
