Airs Sunday, February 26 at 1 p.m. This week on About Faith, end-of-winter holidays celebrated by the different faiths in our community are profiled. Some are familiar, and some may not be. Background and observances the Hindu holiday, Holi, is presented by Ashish Modi and the Jewish holiday of Purim is explained by Rabbi Dr. Jana De Benedetti. Lent, a Christian holiday, is described by Father Mark Watson. Lastly, our new participant, Sardar Karan Singh, explains Hola Mohalla, a Sikh holiday.
