La. DOTD Says State Won't Be Able To Use Trump Plan

LOUISIANA HIGHWAYS:   If you’re a driver in Louisiana,  you’ll want to listen carefully to this story as it involves state highways and bridges… that is:  the sad state they’re in.  BUT with President Trump’s big infrastructure plan to help state’s rebuild crumbling roads and bridges means good news for Louisiana…right?  Not so fast. Louisiana Dept of Transportation and Development Secretary Shawn Wilson addressed a House Appropriations subcommittee Thursday and his news wasn't good.

BAD ROADS and BRIDGES: Louisiana has some of the worst roads and bridges in the nation.
