"CAJUNIZE" FEDERAL FLOOD AID - Congressman Garret Graves for Louisiana's 6th District says the federal disaster flood aid plan for parishes most affected by the August floods should be "Cajunized",  a reference to the "Cajun Navy", a group of volunteers who emerged in the immediate hours after the August flood by using their own watercraft to perform search and rescue operations in flooded neighborhoods.  Garret has been critical of the federal disaster relief plan and feels it is fundamentally flawed.
