TOPS Tuition Cuts May Affect Student Enrollment and Retention

Since Louisiana lawmakers raised less than half the $600 million dollar state budget requested by Governor John Bel Edwards,  TOPS tuition program will be cut by 30% and possibly cut to 40% in the near future.  Such cuts may be already affecting enrollment at Louisiana colleges and univerisities.
