A ceremony today will mark the completion of grant-funded renovations totaling $400,000 at Holy Angels, a residential facility in Shreveport housing 184 people with developmental disabilities. CEO Laurie Boswell says Holy Angels' 1960s-era buildings are in need of many repairs and upgrades. The ceremony is set for 2 p.m.
