The Cleveland Orchestra: Beethoven's Symphony No. 9

Airs Monday, January28, 2019, at 1 p.m. This week the Cleveland Orchestra presents final concert from their 100th season with conductor Franz Welser-Möst joined by the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus along with soprano Erin Wall, mezzo Jennifer Johnston, tenor Norbert Ernst, and bass Dashon Burton in a concrt that opens with Grosse Fugue arranged for string orchestra by Beethoven and also the Symphony No. 9, by Beethoven.
