Our opera season continues this summer the Lyric Opera of Chicago's production of Rigoletto by Giuseppe Verdi starring Matthew Polenzani as the Duke of Mantua; Mario Rojas as Borsa; Whitney Morrison as Countess Ceprano; and Quinn Kelsey as Rigoletto. This production also features Takaoki Onishi, Alan Higgs, Todd Thomas, Alexander Tsymbalyuk, Rosa Feola, Lauren Decker, Diana Newman, Kenneth Nichols, and Zanda Švēde. E. Loren Meeker serves as stage director with Chorus Master Michael Black and Marco Armiliato leads the Lyric Opera Orchestra and Chorus in this production.
