Metropolitan Opera: Puccini’s La Bohème 2

Airs Saturday, February 24, 2018, at 12 noon. The 2017-18 Metropolitan Opera Radio Broadcast season continues with Puccini’s La Bohème, the most-performed opera in Met history. The acclaimed stars are soprano Sonya Yoncheva, who plays the fragile Mimì, and tenor Michael Fabiano, who sings the role of the poet Rodolfo. They are joined by soprano Susanna Phillips as the coquettish Musetta, with baritone Lucas Meachem as her lover Marcello. Marco Armiliato conducts the performance. La Bohème will be heard live over Toll Brothers-Metropolitan Opera International Radio Network at 12:00 p.m. CT on Saturday, February 24.
