The Cleveland Orchestra: Britten's Sinfonia da Requiem

Airs Monday, October 30, 2017, at 1 p.m. This week we begin a new season of broadcast concerts from the Cleveland Orchestra with Jaap van Zweden leading the orchestra in the Sinfonia da Requiem by Britten and Beethoven's Symphony No. 5 in c, Op. 67. In between, pianist Daniil Trifonov will be the featured soloist in the Piano Concerto No. 23 in A, K. 488 by Mozart.
