Health Matters: Homelessness

Airs Thursday, February 26 at 6 p.m. Myriad issues affect the homeless including how to find shelter, food, medical care or a new start. They can even face criminal charges for some common homeless activities such as panhandling in public.  Thursday, February 26 at 6 p.m., Red River Radio’s Mental Health Edition of Health Matters will address homelessness. Hosts Dr. Mark Vigen and Shelley Visconte will be joined by Simone Hennessee, Executive Director of Providence House; and Rev. Henry Martin, Executive Director of the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission.
