Natchitoches launches coupon system for festivals

Festival-goers in Natchitoches must now pay for things by using a new coupon system instead of cash.

The city of Natchitoches is moving away from greenbacks when festival-goers pay for food, drinks and merchandise sold by riverfront vendors.
