Shreveport Regional Arts Council executive director Pam Atchison hopes the art in transportation symposium leads to a public arts ordinance for Shreveport.

The Shreveport Regional Arts Council will host a symposium on public art in transportation, featuring urban design experts from New York, Seattle and elsewhere.
