Once a week “Vision and Ventures” features a regional business and owner or an organization that provides assistance to the business community. It’s a time to learn and gain understanding and clarity of business, the owners, and how they fit into the backbone of our region.

A graduate of LSU Law School, he is an attorney and has been active in civic affairs. Arceneaux has spent much of his adult life in Shreveport.
