Through personal interviews, you will meet people who are making changes in the world through their ideas, actions and faith. From stories of working with the poor to helping refugees to redemption and forgiveness, we are going to the very soul of the matter and bringing it to you.

Airs Sunday, May 2, 2021, at 1 p.m. On this episode of Illuminations, Ranae Moran and Dee Anne Phillips talk with Jeff Bender, writer, show director and conservatory headmaster with Sight and Sound Theatres. Sight and Sound Theatres is an artistic ministry bringing epic productions of the stories of the Bible to life. Imagine a huge whale “swimming” over the audience during a production of Jonah or watching as live animals find their place on stage in Noah’s Ark. Sight and Sound provides an immersive audience experience, utilizing a 300 ft. stage. Sight and Sound Theatres, has two locations, one in Lancaster, Pa., and one in Branson, Mo.

Airs Sunday, April 18, 2021, at 1 p.m. This week on Illuminations hosts Ranae Moran and Dee Anne Phillips will talk with John Cortines and Greg Baumer, authors of “God and Money.”
John Cortines was earning six figures as a petroleum engineer for a major oil company in Louisiana in his early 20’s. John was meticulous in planning his career path. He had his life and financial goals set and he was sticking to his plans for the future. John was a saver. His plan was so important to him that even his password read "retire_at_40!"

Greg Baumer was a 25-year-old analyst at a Boston private equity firm pulling down $250,000 a year. Greg also had his eyes set on a career path of climbing the ladder to success as high as he could go, but along the way, he was he enjoying the luxuries his salary could afford. Greg was a spender.

They both wound up meeting at Harvard Business School and the way they viewed money changed for good.

Airs Sunday, April 4, 2021, at 1 p.m. Dr Gary Habermas, the Distinguished Research Professor of Apologetics and Philosophy at Liberty University School of Divinity, is considered the foremost authority on the history of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.  Ranae Moran and Dee Anne Phillips talk with Dr. Habermas about his spiritual journey, why he made the study of the resurrection his life’s work, and the historical evidence which supports the resurrection. Dr. Habermas is the author of numerous books including “The Risen Jesus and Future Hope” (Rowman and Littlefield, 2003) and “The Case for the Resurrection of Jesus” with Mike Licona (Kregel, 2004).
