ELECTORAL COLLEGE - Louisiana's eight electoral college members will officially cast their votes today in the Louisiana House of Representatives chamber to finalize the 2016 presidential election for the United States.  The eight electors have acknowledged that they have received numerous telephone calls,  e-mails and letters urging them to not cast their electoral votes for president-elect, Donald Trump who won a large majority of votes in Louisiana in last month's election.
