Some good news - our Lufkin station - KLDN, is working great these days after repairs. Work continues on our Tyler station, though, following the storm damage in May. Storm damage literally burned a hole through part of the transmitter. The manufacturer is trying to locate the parts we need but, as you may be aware, it is difficult to get integrated circuit chips and boards these days. Meanwhile, we are on the air but at reduced power. We have opted to purchase a new transmitter rather than wait on the unknown. The new transmitter should arrive in mid-September, after being custon built for us
