Federal officials tour Ruston job accelerator

Job creation along the interstate 20 corridor is the focus of a nearly $1 million grant awarded to Louisiana Tech University. Federal officials toured Tech's Enterprise Center and talked about the positive impact of the Rural Jobs and Innovation Accelerator Challenge.

El Dorado resident to transform a house into a shelter

A new resource center for homeless families is preparing to open in El Dorado. Sabrina King is the founder of New Creations Life Center. King is enlisting the help of volunteers to transform a donated home into a shelter. She says there is an increasing need for homeless outreach services in South Arkansas.
