This week we open a new season of Opera's from the San Francisco Opera with Rossini's The Barber of Seville starring Lucas Meachem as Figaro, Daniela Mack as Rosina, René Barbera as Count Almaviva, and Alessandro Corbelli as Doctor Bartolo, with Andrea Silvestrelli, Catherine Cook, Edward Nelson, Efraín Solís, and Matthew Stump. The San Francisco Opera Orchestra and Chorus will be under the direction of Giuseppe Finzi.
