The Krewe of Highland has added about a mile to its parade route that wends through&nbsp;Shreveport's Highland&nbsp;neighborhood. Krewe Captain LeVette Fuller said there are more than 100 entries in this year’s parade. The Krewe's signature throws will return, including hot dogs, MoonPies, and stuffed animals.
