Search For Administrative Specialist 1 (A Civil Service Position)
This position was advertised on the State of Louisiana Civil Service Web Site, the LSUS Employment web page, and emailed to all LSUS employees.  Eleven applications were received: three male and eight female (race was not determined for this search).  One female was hired and began work September 27, 2004.

Search For Development Associate
This position was advertised on the LSUS Employment web page, emailed to all LSUS employees, placed in The Shreveport Times and Bossier Sun newspapers, and listed on the Red River Radio web page.  A total of 12 applications were received: one white male (an internal candidate), nine white females, one black male and one black female.  Four applicants were interviewed: one white male, two white females, and one black female.  The white male was hired and started in the position March 23, 2005.

Search For General Manager
This position was advertised on the LSUS Employment web page, the CPB Jobline, the NPR jobs web page, and distributed to NPR stations via the internal DACS system.  A total of ten applications were received, all from males (race was not determined for this search).  Five applicants were interviewed.  A white male was hired for the position and started on the job March 1, 2005.
