Initiative: Job Shadow Program

Description: Expose high school and college students to broadcasting environment.

Scope of involvement: Host students from area high schools and colleges interested in pursuing broadcasting. Work includes all phases of broadcast production, including voicing and editing.

Personnel involved: Greg Hill, Operations Coordinator and Adam Giblin, Program Director.

Date: 12/1/2003 - ongoing

Initiative: Intern Program

Description: Utilize the talents of the public for production of several locally-produced programs, including our weekly half-hour program focusing on the people and cultures our area titled "Prysm."

Scope of involvement: Work includes story formulation, voicing, editing and post-production. Personnel involved: Adam Giblin, Program Director and Susan Reeks, Development Director.
